Control Panel -

Each web site has a site control center that allows you to setup email addresses, manage passwords, autoresponders, databases, manage software and more.

Plusmail Control Panel (Most of your will have this control cannel)

If your control center looks like this, it is located at:

Email Setup

The first step to setting up your email is to first add the account.
Then when done you configure your mail program.

Web Mail -Not near your office or home computer, traveling? - no problem.

You can check your email online at:

You then login with your username and password.

FTP Setup

Ftp is the method to transfer web files from your computer to the server where your domain is hosting. For example after building your website, you need to transfer the files. This is done by "ftping" the files. There many ftp programs available and we provide support on the most popular two below:

Scripting Support -MYSQL, PHP, PERL, ASP

MYSQL is a powerful open source database available on all domains and can be installed from the control panel
We support MYSQL via local host (Not odbc at this time).

You can connect to your database using shell commands below:

1. Connect to the mySQL Server
servername:> mysql -u USERNAME -p
Enter Password: PASSWORD

2. Connect to the Database
mysql> use DATABASENAME;

3. Receiving Help
mysql> help

PHP - MYSQl- An easier and faster method to connect to your database is using PHP MyAdmin. This can be installed in your control panel or by contacting us.

PHP- The latest stable version of PHP is installed on all servers.
