To Add
a new email account, Login into your Control Panel which is
either:
Plusmail
or
Ensim
EMAIL
SETUP IF YOU HAVE PLUSMAIL CONTROL PANEL
1)
Login into your control panel
If your control panel looks like this, it is located at:
www.Yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/plusmail
e.g. if your domain was abcxyz.com you would enter at http://www.abcxyz.com/cgi-bin/plusmail
2)
Once logged in, choose User Manager
3) Press Add User, and complete the following
Username: enter the new email address you wish to create,
e.g. you want to add bob@yourdomain.com
you would enter: bob
Type: select POP
Password:
Enter the desired password. Use at least 8 characters.
Directory:
leave this blank
4) Press Setup and you're done. The account will be ready
in 5- 15 mins
You can now add your account to your desired email program
as shown below:
Now
that your email account is created you can set it up on your
mail program:
Choose the following to now add this create email account.

1) Login

If your control panel looks like this, it is located at:
http://www.yourdomain.com/admin
e.g. if your domain was abcxyz.com you would enter
at
http://www.abcxyz.com/admin
Note: Make sure to approve any security certificate items
that occur.

Choose Mailbox/users
3)
Press Add User
4)
Enter the new user information:
Username: this is the name of the email. E.g. bob@yourdomain,
enter bob
Fullname: this is just the name so you can track. You
can enter the same name, e.g. bob
Password: Enter the desired password
Disk Quota: Enter the amount of disk space you would
like for this user
Ftp, Cgi, Ssh, Telnet.- for just an email account leave
these unchecked
5)
Press the ADD button and your account will be added within
a few second.
You can
now add your account to your desired email program as shown
below:
Now
that your email account is created you can set it up on your
