1) QUESTION:
How much is the program?
ANSWER: The program is 100% free
2) QUESTION: I downloaded the program, now what? Where
is it?
ANSWER: After you download the program, you should
see a file called time.exe. Open this file. This is usually done
by double clicking the file name with your mouse. Doing this
will start the installation processes. The time.exe file
is located where ever you saved it from your web browser.
When installed the program is located at: The program is located
at:
c:\program files\Philex Enterprises\Philex Atomic Time\time.exe
3) I have the old version and it does not work. What should I
do?
First uninstall the old version, and then download this new version.
4) QUESTION: When I press check, the program doesn't work and
just keeps searching.
ANSWER: The first thing you should do is make sure you are connected
to the Internet. The most common reason for the atomic clock to
stall or not function is because of lack of Internet connectivity,
or a very slow connection.
5) QUESTION: Do you have any screen captures we can see?
ANSWER: YES, they are shown below:
6) QUESTION: The program stalls for a couple seconds, why?
ANSWER: This could be caused by a slow Internet connection. Please
verify your connection is working.
7) QUESTION: Can you e-mail us when new updates are available?
ANSWER: Yes, we will send emails to everyone who downloaded this
program and we will also post new updates on this website. 8) QUESTION: Does the clock have PROXY support?
ANSWER: Yes, and you can find the this feature located in the "options"
menu located in the atomic clock program.

QUESTION,
I use a firewall, why doesn't the clock work?
The clock uses Internet port 80 the standard http por If
the program does not work under your firewall, most likely port
80 is restricted.
11) QUESTION:
My clock is either one hour ahead or behind since we changed our
clocks Day Light Savings Time, why?
ANSWER: During Daylight Savings Time, the time servers
are not always adjusted at the same time since different regions
of the world change their time at different periods.
The new version corrects this problem.
12) I downloaded the newest version and
my clock is still ahead, WHY?
ANSWER: The clock reads the time zones from your Windows
settings.
And makes its settings based on the time zone you had your computer
set to:
To make sure you are in the correct time zone do the following:
a)
In Windows,
click Start ---> Settings --> Control Panel, choose Date
/
Time, select the "Time Zone" drop-down menu (as shown
in the pictures below) and make sure you have your clock
set to the correct time zone. If your clock is an hour ahead or
behind, your time zone must be wrong.

11) Does
the clock work on Windows 3.11?
ANSWER:
It should work; however, because of limitations with
connecting to the Internet, many people seem to have problems
with
Windows3.11.

How do I disable the clock from automatically loading on startup?
ANSWER: In Windows Explorer, go to the C:\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup folder and delete this program from the
Start Menu there.
The clock should no longer open on startup.
Please note our newest version has this automatically disabled.
13) When
will there be a MAC version?
ANSWER: We are in the process of developing a Mac
version.
Mac programming is also expensive and more scarce than pc programming.
