TheCastList.Com is a one-stop
resource center that provides a series of online casting
services for actors and agents nationwide. The first step
was to develop a professional, yet creative design concept
that would capture the essence of their services.
For TheCastlist's back end, Philex Enterprises, Inc. programming
team wrote a series of programs and database applications
that could sort through detailed information and standardize
complex procedures. The necessary capabilities and security
features used to conduct credit card transactions were
also implemented. All of the membership and service fees
throughout the site can be updated instantly with the
push of a button.
What's more, Philex Enterprises, Inc. created a customized
Content Management System that allows authorized staff
members to update and edit the information (actor photos,
biographies, videos, etc.) posted throughout the web site.
Additional phases of development and expanded membership
offerings are anticipated in the future.
